Andrew Williamson trained as an architect at Cambridge University and qualified in 1990. He worked on the new British Library at Euston amongst other commercial and residential projects.

In 1997 he turned to full-time freelance illustration, and fulfilled many commissions for architectural subjects, as well as drawing a newspaper cartoon strip (“Leo’s Toy Cabinet”, written by journalist Andrew Baker, ran weekly in The Sunday Express during 2000-2001).

More recently, Andrew has worked as a film concept artist.
